Innovation environment is perceived by innovators. Usually we only think it as legislation and subsidies, but what really matters is how the actual microenvironment is perceived. ideas and innovation do not come from the environment, people make them. Green growth is the new normal, with this statement I would like to emphasize that all growth should be green.
